CZECH REPUBLIC — Czech Republic-based sound company Polanski Sound used an Adamson system for the country’s second largest festival, Sázavafest. The fast-growing festival has gone from a one-day event, with a single stage and 1,800-person capacity to a four-day, multi-medium and multi-genre melting pot.
The full Adamson setup on the main stage included 16 Y10s, four T21s, 14 SpekTrix,, two SpekTrix Ws, and eight SpekTrix subs. A 12 Metrix with four Metrix sub demo system stood in place for a sidefill, where they were short of Adamson PA. Eight M15 multi-purpose stage monitors were used on stage and for monitoring at FOH, with M-Series processing.
The festival features world, jazz, blues, hip hop, reggae, dance and ska music, as well as theatre, film, author’s readings, photo and art exhibitions displayed on six stages and attended by more than 20,000 people.
Adamson Euroopean Support body, Jochen Sommer, came to the first show to support the crew and consult with the system design.
