ISTANBUL, Turkey – Murat Boz played at the Avcilar stadium in Istanbul on August 10th, drawing in 65,000 spectators. Park Technical Production, Istanbul, used two KR400 systems and eight KF12 full range powered speakers from K-array for the concert.

More details from K-array (http://www.k-array.com/en/):

Murat Boz, the young Turkish pop singer started his rise to stardom when he released his first single Aşkı Bulamam Ben in the summer of 2006. Today, he has 3 albums to his name and has become a household name in Turkey, drawing 65,000 spectators to his last concert in Istanbul on August 10th at the Avcilar stadium.

Thanks to the commitment of Park Technical Production (Istanbul), the organizers were able to use two KR400 systems for stage side fills and eight KF12 full range powered speakers as stage monitors. The KR400 system was installed on both sides of the stage to cover the monitoring of the band and the monitoring of the background dancers in the show. Can Goleli, Park Technical Production’s sound engineer took care of the set up and technical assistance.

Compact, sleek design yet powerful sound quality make K-array the perfect choice for a Murat Boz concert, who, like other big names such as Ajda Pekkan whose concert we featured in our June newsletter, have used K-array in their shows.

“It was a memorable concert – Oktay Karaşoğlu, President of Lotus Teknoloji commented. I’d like to thank Park Technical Production, which once again, has chosen K-array because they offer audience members an unmatched sonic experience. Once you work with them, you get the chance to learn how an intimate sound can be achieved in a large arena”.
