SEOUL — For recently-rebuilt Shin-Gi-Chon Church here, Soundus Corporation installed One Systems 103IM speakers mounted on the ceiling to cover the upper and lower balcony areas, and On Point Audio OPA-15 NPM monitors mounted around the chancel area and directly beneath the pulpit to support both the worship band and ministers.

More details from One Systems (www.onesystems.com):

The Shin-Gi-Chon church was established in 1987 and was rebuilt in January 2013 to accommodate its growing congregation of nearly 1,000 members. Church authorities realized that their new, larger space needed compact, yet robust speaker systems and contacted Soundus to design and install their desired system. With the size and scope of the new worship space, Soundus understood their needs perfectly and suggested One Systems and On Point Audio products for the application.  “We wanted to support the powerful On Point Audio monitor systems with wide, vertical coverage and One Systems was the preferred choice and a perfect fit,” says Se-Jung Jang, of the Soundus marketing team.

The 103IM speakers were mounted around the perimeter of the church’s balcony area. OPA-15NPM monitors were placed at the pulpit and around the perimeter of the chancel.  Design Team of South Korea was responsible for the design of the system.

One Systems designs all of its products with equal emphasis on sound quality and weatherproofing, while providing high-quality sound indoors as well as out. “We chose One Systems 103IMs and On Point Audio’s OPA-15NPMs for this particular installation because they are compact and do not distract the eye from worship, blending harmoniously with the space.  Members of the congregation, as well as the pastor are very pleased with the sonic performance of both One Systems and On Point Audio,” exclaims Jang.
