GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN, Germany – The New Year’s Ski-Jumping of the Four Hills Tournament in Garmisch-Partenkirchen is the first sporting highlight of the year. This year, more than 20,000 fans lined the landing area while millions more followed the TV broadcast. For the 17th time TC Showtechnik was responsible for the sound reinforcement system – and opted for main and supplementary systems from Electro-Voice. Despite the challenging weather conditions, the XLC and XLVC line arrays, Xsubs, TG amps and N8000 controllers performed flawlessly.
