MOSCOW — Close to 190 companies from 18 countries will exhibit at NAMM Musikmesse Russia/Prolight + Sound NAMM Russia, according to the show’s organizers. Other companies’ products will also be at the show, represented by various distributors. The event is set for May 16-19, 2012.
The Moscow shows are being launched by co-producers Messe Frankfurt (producers of the International Musikmesse, Music China, Prolight + Sound, and Prolight + Sound Shanghai) and NAMM (producer of the NAMM Show and Summer NAMM).
Among the exhibitors are Roland, Gibson Guitar, Yamaha, Alhambra, Hal Leonard, Inside and PianoDisc. Other companies represented by distributors include Pioneer, Boss, Ernie Ball, Hughes Paumer, Mapex, Tycoon, Markbass, ESP Guitars, Torque, Jupiter, Casio, Hohner, Vestax and Kawai.
Prolight + Sound NAMM Russia exhibitors include Adam Hal, Indu-Electric Gerber, Clay Paky, Microtech Gefell, Prolyte Group, Martin Pro, and others. Leading brands such as Ashtone, Allen & Heath, L-Acoustics, Christie, Robe, Osram, Montarbo, Electro-Voice, Hughes & Kettner will be presented by distributors.
NAMM Musikmesse Russia and Prolight + Sound NAMM Russia, which includes educational sessions on music retailing that are part of NAMM University (NAMMU), have received the official support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
Currently importers, representatives of retail trade, heads of concert halls, conductors, sound and light directors, festival and concert organizers, music teachers, students, amateur and professional musicians make up the group of pre-registered visitors.
