OSLO — A larger-than-anticipated crowd — 5,000 to 6,000 fans, according to some reports — started packing the streets May 30 near Oslo’s Opera House, where Justin Bieber was set to perform a free concert from the roof as part of the NBC special, Justin Bieber: All Around the World.
The concert started 30 minutes ahead of schedule to alleviate crowd control concerns. Even so, dozens of fans caught in the crush still required medical attention for minor cuts and dehydration.
