MONTREAL – Casino de Montreal recently renovated their Caberet du Casino, a 616-capacity venue that hosts a wide variety of events from evening dinner shows and rock-style musicals to boxing matches, corporate events, and the upcoming World Series of Poker.  Gélinas of Montreal based Trizart Alliance designed and specified the new Meyer Sound Constellation acoustic system.

Ampco Flashlight Installs d&b audiotechnik System in Muziekgebouw’s Foyer Deck Area

AMSTERDAM — Ampco Flashlight Sales chose d&b audiotechnik xC series Mechanical Steerable Column loudspeakers to tame the acoustic challenges posed by Foyer Deck of the Muziekgebouw, a concert hall in Amsterdam. The Foyer Deck of the Muziekgebouw resembles a balcony hanging freely in the aquarium-like front of the building, surrounded by glass. Although the acoustics are less than ideal, the Foyer Deck remains a popular site for event producers because of its commanding views over the old part of Amsterdam Harbor.

Countdown Continues to FCC’s 600 MHz Frequency Auctions
