FORT THOMAS, KY — Event Enterprises of Cincinnati provided Nexo speaker systems for the two stages of the 13th Annual Merchants & Music Festival in Fort Thomas, KY. The venue challenge: the historic Tower Park Amphitheatre sits in a bowl with about a 30-ft grade from the stage to the back with coverage of about 175 ft of depth and 130 ft of width necessary.

MPI to Distribute Mackie in Italy

MILAN – Loud Technologies Inc. and MPI Electronic SRL (MPI) today announced a distribution agreement whereby MPI will handle distribution for the Mackie brand in Italy. All Mackie sales, marketing, customer service and warranties will be carried out by MPI from Oct. 11, 2016. The entire Mackie catalog will be available from MPI’s warehousing near Milan.

EAW Upgrades Cleveland Indians’ Fan Experience

CLEVELAND – Cleveland Indians Stadium recently upgraded its original Eastern Acoustic Works (EAW) system with the brand’s newer technology. WJHW designed a system that used the existing loudspeaker locations while dramatically improving system performance. Pro Media installed the system prior to the beginning of the baseball season. Not only was it a tight time frame, but they had to deal with Cleveland’s temperamental winter weather as well.
