In Memoriam: Tal Herzberg

Tal Herzberg, a Grammy-nominated producer/engineer who was also one of the first employees at Waves, has passed away. He worked with Black Eyed Peas, Lady Gaga, Mary J. Blige, The Pussycat Dolls, Counting Crows, Macy Gray, Keyshia Cole and Queen Latifah, among others. Herzberg also performed and recorded as a bassist with artists including The Corrs, Beth Hart and Mya.

The Stanton Group Announces Sales Force Reorganization

FRANKFURT, Germany – The Stanton Group named Steve Van Laere, who has been with the company since 2003, senior director of worldwide sales for all Stanton Group brands, Stanton Magnetics, KRK and Cerwin-Vega. FRANKFURT, Germany – Roland Systems Group's V-Mixing System, new M-480 V-Mixer and R-1000 48-Track Recorder/Player, featured at ProLight+Sound, will be presented at Roland's NAB booth #C4345, in Las Vegas. Like the M-400, M-380, and M-300, Roland's M-480, a 48-channel live digital mixing console, is the central component in a full V-Mixing system.
