Blackhawk Audio Provides Meyer Sound MILO for 2013 Winter Jam Arena Tour

SAN ANTONIO, TX — The 2013 Winter Jam Tour featured 10 Christian artists and 44 stops on its run through the eastern U.S. from Jan. 4-March 30, with more than half of its arena dates sold out. (The tour also now includes a West Coast leg, which kicks off in November.) For the eastern U.S. dates, Blackhawk Audio provided a sound system centered on a Meyer Sound MILO line array.

The Hun School in Princeton, NJ Upgrades with Danley Sound Labs Gear

PRINCETON, NJ — Reid Sound Inc. upgraded the sound system in the Hun School of Princeton’s 350-seat proscenium theater, used by and for the school’s 500 middle- and high-school-aged students. The installation included a pair of Danley Sound Labs SH-50 loudspeakers for the center cluster, a pair of Danley Sound Labs SH-95s on both sides of the proscenium and a single Danley TH-118 subwoofer.

Lachlan Carrick Supports Gotye Tour with Earthworks Mics

MILFORD, NH — In May 2012, FOH engineer Lachlan Carrick joined Gotye (a.k.a. Wally de Backer) on his world tour, and he brought Earthworks Gear along for the ride.
