BURNSVILLE, MN – Bosch Security Systems, Inc., Communications Systems Division added two new product marketing managers: Mark Anderson (Bosch Public Address, pictured here, left) and Sally Neubauer (ProSound-Retail, pictured here, right).

LAS VEGAS and NASHVILLE – TransAudio Group named Mark Hornsby, marketing and project manager. Hornsby, who will remain in Nashville, will conduct in-the-field seminars, trade show communications and product demonstrations, both live and online, including a series of online videos.

VIENNA, Austria – Andy Trott, President of Harman's mixer business Soundcraft Studer, with facilities in the UK and Switzerland, has also been made responsible for AKG, headquartered in Vienna, Austria. As such, Soundcraft, Studer and AKG have been combined under the same management team.

FARMINGDALE, NY – Ken Blecher has joined Powersoft Advanced Technologies, LLC, the Italian amplifier manufacturer's U.S. operation, as vice president and director of business development. Blecher has more than 25 years of experience in the manufacturing, contracting and consulting segments of pro AV integration and tour sound.

ORLANDO, FL – Jim Van Winkle, former director of regional services for the Masque Sound's corporate theater division, has rejoined the firm as general manager of its Orlando, Fla. based Professional Wireless Systems (PWS) division.

MEXICO CITY – VMB has appointed Hi Tech Audio as their exclusive distributor for its audio gear lifts in Mexico. Hi Tech Audio will be distributing all VMB models.

COLUMBUS, OH – Live! Technologies announced the addition of Tom Howell to its Systems Integration sales team. Howell joins Live! from Walsh Sound, Mansfield, Ohio, with 40 years experience.

TORONTO – Adamson announced a Canadian distribution agreement with Montreal-based Theatrixx. Adamson also named All Music Corp. its new exclusive distributor for all of Latin America, with the exception of Mexico, Colombia and Brazil, and named CV Music as its exclusive distributor for Colombia.

BURNSVILLE, MN – Bosch Security Systems, Inc. named Sean Shallenberger director of sales, communications – South. Based in Arlington, Texas, Shallenberger will be responsible for sales and distribution of Bosch (Public Address and Conferencing), Electro-Voice, RTS and Telex pro audio products in the southern U.S. He will report to Daniel Nix, vice president, sales – South, and will manage the independent sales reps, regional account managers and inside sales reps for the region.

SYRACUSE, NY-The Board of Directors of USITT named David Grindle to the newly-created position of executive director. Along with the new position, USITT noted an organizational shift from an operational to a governance model with greater empowerment for volunteer participants.
