POTTERS BAR, U.K. – Soundcraft Studer has hired Garry Blackmore to lead the company's new product development push. Blackmore, who has a BSC in computer science, had worked on developing Xerox's multifunction systems and is qualified as a Prince2 practitioner with experience in electronics design, software development, systems engineering and project management across the U.K., U.S. and Asia.

SUN VALLEY, CA – Aphex named veteran audio sales manager Kent Dimon director of licensing. Dimon, who will work with Aphex general manager Rick McClendon, product development manager Jim Bailey, CEO David Wiener and COO Robin Sibucao, has held positions with Altec Lansing and Bose Corporation.

SANT'OMERO, Italy – Proel Group named Giovanni Turrin as the company's new chief financial officer. Turrin, who comes to Proel after working for audit firms and industrial companies, will report to Massimo Signor, Proel Group's managing director.

WILLICH, Germany – The Music Group named John Farina chief financial officer. Farina has more than 25 years of financial management, corporate development and general management experience, most recently as president and CFO of Nam Tai Electronics Inc. Before that, Farina held various posts with Celestica Inc. and IBM Corporation.

ATLANTA – Kaltman Creations LLC named Kristin Kaltman office manager. Kaltman will manage the office's shipping and receiving, product information, billing and provide other office management duties, working with the current product line and the introduction of new products.
