WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA – Blue Microphones named Brian Biggott chief technology officer. Biggott, who joined Blue in 2008 in association with Transom Capital Group's acquisition of the company, has led Blue's research and development team through 17 product launches, from concept development to production, over the past three years. As CTO, Biggott will continue to lead Blue's product development for consumer and professional markets.

BOTHELL, WA – Music Group named Vishal Joshi customer support manager for India. Joshi will manage the region's key accounts and customers and provide local promotional support for the Behringer and Bugera brands.

LUTON, U.K. – Cadac Holdings Ltd. announced the departure of director of sales Bob Thomas. Thomas had joined Cadac in 2005 as managing director, where he oversaw both the broadening of its product portfolio beyond theatrical sound products and Soundking Group Company Ltd.'s acquisition of Cadac in January 2009.

POTTERS BAR, U.K. – Harman's Studer has named Simon Roome technical sales manager. Based in Potters Bar and reporting to Karl Chapman, Simon's primary task will be technical sales support for U.K.-based systems integrators and the U.K. broadcast market and will support Studer sales across the European region as required.

HOUSTON – Bosch Security Systems, Inc., Communications Systems Division named Nicolas Betancur as its new field sales engineer, communications – South. Betancur, who has worked for Bosch since 2006, will be based in Houston, Texas, and his responsibilities will include system design and sales support for Bosch Public Address and Conferencing, Electro-Voice, and Telex Intercom and Radio Dispatch customers in the Houston, San Antonio, and southern Louisiana areas.

SEATTLE, WA – Symetrix named Jeff Sondermeyer director of engineering and chief technology officer. Prior to Symetrix, Sondermeyer worked for nearly 20 years at different companies including Peavey Electronics, Mackie Designs and Analog Devices (ADI). At ADI, where he served as as senior field apps engineer, Sondermeyer helped Symetrix integrate ADI's Sharc and Blackfin chips into Symetrix products.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Auralex Acoustics, Inc. named David Fischer as its CEO. Prior to Auralex, Fischer was executive vice president for Origins Holdings, Inc., which makes home furnishings and cabinetry, overseeing sales, marketing, product development, finance and operations for the American market.

OLD LYME, CT – Sennheiser named Greg Beebe president of Sennheiser Electronic Corporation in U.S. and named Markus Warlitz general manager of Sennheiser Latin America, effective Jan. 1, 2012. The announcements follow on the heels of other restructuring announcements the company has made for the Americas, including the recent appointment of John Falcone as head of Sennheiser's business in the Americas.
