LOSNING, Denmark — Matrix Group, which includes Moto Audio Sales, Nordic Sales, Nordic Staging Systems, Signal Audio and Scenetek, named Kenneth Bremer as its CEO. Bremer, who is moving from Italy back to his native Denmark, had worked with RCF since 2009.

FARMINGDALE, NY — Group One Ltd. named Ryan Shelton sales and support associate. Based in Nashville, Shelton will provide national sales support for Group One’s rep force, dealers and end-users. He will also handle product demos and educational classes for DiGiCo, XTA and MC2.

WHITINSVILLE, MA — EAW named pro audio veteran Alex Schloesser as its Asia-Pacific sales director. In making the announcement, Jeff Rocha, EAW president, underscored EAW’s commitment to growth in the Asia-Pacific region. In his new capacity, Schloesser will report to, and work closely with, Davwinder Sheena, LOUD Technologies’ Asia & Pacific-Rim managing director.

PUTNAM, CT – Rational Acoustics LLC named freelance audio engineer Chris Tsanjoures applications support specialist.  In his new position, Tsanjoures will oversee all application support functions at Rational including the creation and dissemination of customer support materials regarding application and the use of Rational Acoustics’ products.

POTTERS BAR, U.K. — Harman Professional named Gert Sanner tour sound market manager, EMEA, a new position. Based out of Harman’s R&D, manufacturing and training facility here, Sanner, a tour sound veteran and FOH engineer, will provide customers with certified JBL VTX and Crown VRack training and support. He will also lead Soundcraft’s “Mixing With Professionals” training program.

WICHITA, KS — Galaxy Audio, which is marking its 35^th year in 2012, also named Yule Jabara, pictured here, as its Chief Executive Officer. Yule Jabara is taking over in the role previously held by Brock Jabara, his father, who invented the Hot Spot over 40 years ago and founded the company five years later.

NORTHRIDGE, CA— Soundcraft Studer named James Tunnicliffe field support and applications engineer for the Eastern U.S. In this position, Tunnicliffe will be primarily responsible for providing service support and technical and operational training for the Studer product line as well as Soundcraft’s lineup of digital audio consoles.

GARDEN GROVE, CA — Penn-Elcom, which featured Fane pro-audio and MI loudspeakers at NAMM 2012, named David Logan North America sales manager for the Fane product line.  Logan brings more than 40 years of experience, with previous positions at Hollywood Sound Systems, Westlake Audio and Alpine Car Audio. HAMPSHIRE, U.K. — Audient and Sontronics have a new distribution partnership in the U.K. A new entity, Audient-Sontronics UK, will provide joint support for end users overseen by Audient’s U.K. sales manager, Gareth Williams (pictured, left), and centralized warehousing at Audient’s Hampshire headquarters. Service and support will continue to be handled at Sontronics’ headquarters in Dorset, and all press and marketing will be managed in-house by Sontronics’ marketing director, Lisa Coley.

LONDON – Electrosonic promoted James Sharp to account manager for corporate solutions. Sharp joined Electrosonic’s Edinburgh office in 2005 taking on the position of Internal Sales Support. During his six years with the company, Sharp has worked within the Corporate, Entertainment and Operations teams in both a sales and technical capacity. He was previously promoted from sales engineer to account manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
