Music Group Names Paul Wright VP, Global Sales

BOTHELL, WA — Music Group named Paul Wright vice president of global sales. Wright will lead the company’s worldwide sales teams and manage strategy and revenue in all markets for the company’s brands and divisions, including Behringer, Bugera, Midas and Klark Teknik products. Prior to Music Group, Wright served as VP of sales and marketing EMEA for Numark’s brand portfolio. Prior to Numark, he worked for eight years as international sales director for Line 6. Jim Long Retires from Electro-Voice

BURNSVILLE, MN — Electro-Voice announced that Jim Long retired in December 2011 after over 45 years with the company. He handled a wide variety of roles during that time, most recently as a member of the product marketing management team. EV credited Long for his technical know-how and communication skills, including his role in the development of the company’s  “PA Bible” – which remains in use today.
