BERKELEY, CA — Meyer Sound has announced two key promotions in the digital products team: Richard Bugg, pictured here, is now audio show control product manager and Jason Rauhoff takes over many of Bugg’s former responsibilities as the company’s new senior digital products support specialist. In addition, Cirque du Soleil veteran Robert Mele has joined the support staff as digital products field support specialist.

ANDOVER, MA — Fishman announced three new hires:  David Bensheimer (senior mechanical engineer, pictured here); Jim Albert (senior electrical engineer, pictured below) and Deb Furman (junior mechanical engineer, also pictured below). The company noted that Bensheimer, Albert and Furman are part of an ongoing commitment to product development and engineering.

ALAMEDA, CA — Clear-Com named Christian Eberlein as its regional sales manager for DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Poland. Prior to Clear-Com, Eberlein held positions with Wellenwerker, Atlantic Audio and Behringer.

MARCOUSSIS, France — L-Acoustics named David Cooper regional sales manager for Asian markets including China, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia. Cooper has gained experience in sales and marketing  working for a number of professional audio manufacturers, notably in the Asia Pacific region. In his new role, he will support L-Acoustics’ distribution and sales efforts in the region.

REGENSDORF, Switzerland — Robert Habersaat was named VP of sales for Harman’s Studer division. Habersaat returns to Studer avers seven years at Dr.W.A.Günther in Switzerland. He is assuming the responsibilities of Adrian Curtis, who was recently named head of Harman’s EMEA Regional Sales Office.

SEATTLE — Symetrix promoted Zak Dewey from project coordinator & test engineer to engineering manager. Dewey has more than 15 years experience in live, recorded and installed sound production.

BEIJING — Beijing Pacific Budee Technology Development Co ltd. named Eric Boyer marketing director. In his new role, Boyer assumes responsibility over marketing functions across all lines of business, and will oversee online and offline marketing communications efforts for the company.

KINDER, LA — Lynx Pro Audio S.L., which is based in Valencia, Spain, named Event Systems Group, based here, as its exclusive distributor for the U.S. and Canada. Pictured here are, from left, Jimmy Benoit, Greg Stevens and Jared Savant.

WUPPERTAL, Germany — Riedel Communications named Rik Hoerée key account manager, Cruise Ship Engineering. He will lead sales efforts in the cruise ship market for the company’s intercom, fiber and audio solutions products.
