SINGAPORE — Harman Professional announced the promotion of Thomas Marcher to lead all sales and support operations for its professional audio and lighting technologies in the Greater Asia region, based here. Marcher joined Crown Audio as sales director, Asia in 2008. Prior to Harman, Marcher held Asia regional positions with TC Electronic and Klotz Digital.  A native of Denmark, he began his career with TC Electronic in Denmark in 1996.

PITTSBURGH, PA – Rock N’ Road Audio in Atlanta GA provided Chad Singer, PM/FOH engineer for the band Kansas, with a DiGiCo SD10 for the band’s big gig at Benedum Center here on Aug. 17. Singer upgraded to the SD10 from the band’s SD8 to handle additional production inputs for the show. The control setup included the SD10 an Optocore fiber snake with a DiGiRack on a MADI snake.

JALISCO, Mexico – Elipsis Audio has chosen DX2 as its sales representative for Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas.  David Gerety and Dave Roberts of DX2 came to the attention of Elipsis Audio.
