A commercial audio industry veteran for over thirty years, Standing was most recently the Director of Sales at Rane Corporation. In his 21 years at Rane, Standing built and managed their global distribution network and internal sales / marketing teams. Prior, he was the export and national sales manager for Carver Corporation.

MITTWEIDA, GERMANY – Connectivity specialists DirectOut have entered into a SoundGrid licensing partnership with Waves Audio, a developer of audio plugins and signal processors for the professional and consumer electronics audio markets. The collaboration has led to the development of a new device with a SoundGrid and MADI interface that will be unveiled at the upcoming IBC in September.

In his new position, Tassio will be responsible for overseeing sales of the TEAC USA Division of professional audio and audiophile products. Tassio brings to TEAC over 35 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry, most notably at Vice President of Sales with Polk Audio, and as Executive VP of Sales and Marketing for Martin Logan.
