DOVER, KENT, U.K. – A new historical exhibition recreating some of England's World War II exploits has opened at Dover Castle. Located in a network of tunnels beneath Dover Castle that served as a command center during the war, the Operation Dynamo exhibition was designed by Arne Kvorning of Kvorning Design & Communication. The new attraction features miniature Meyer Sound concealed loudspeakers to carry voice tracks over battle sounds.

HANGZHOU, China – The Dongpo Theater, the flagship theater of the Gold Coast Company, is considered a cultural and entertainment landmark. To meet its sound reinforcement requirements, the theater turned to D.A.S. Audio.

DUBAI, UAE – The Dubai International Swim Stadium, an 18,000-seat aquatics venue within the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Sports Complex, has been equipped with audio gear from Renkus-Heinz.

LONDON – Rental company APR Audio, road tested several combinations of Allen & Heath's iLive digital mixing system throughout the company's busy summer events calendar. APR selected iLive systems – ranging from the flagship modular iDR10 MixRack with iLive-144 and 176 Control Surfaces, to the fixed I/O iDR-64 and 48 MixRacks with iLive-T112 and R72 surfaces – to manage various festivals and corporate events.

ANTIBES JUAN-LES-PINS, France – The annual two-week International Jazz a Juan Festival, held beachside in southern France each summer, this year featured performances by Herbie Hancock, BB King and Santana, among others. The festival, organized by Jean-Rene Palacio, artistic director of the Societe des Bains de Mer (SBM), relied on DiGiCo's SD10 digital console for both FOH and monitor positions.

BEIJING, China – The Beijing Planning Exhibition Hall, located in Qianmen Dongdajie, Chongwen District, is a four-story building that provides an overview of Beijing's past and future. Display cases, photographs, light boxes, sculptures and a detailed miniature model of the city are displayed. A 3D multimedia auditorium was built on the top floor, featuring some of the world's largest 3D screens.

ZUSHI, Japan – Otodama Sea Studio has offered summer visitors a range of live beachside performances ranging from jazz, rock, hip-hop, rap and classical guitar since 2005. For this season, One Systems' Japanese distributor, M&N Company Ltd., designed and installed a system using One Systems gear.
