ROME — Pope Francis’ address to the 37th National Convocation of the Renewal of the Spirit at Rome’s Olympic Stadium drew a crowd of more than 50,000. RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil — The 2014 FIFA World Cup, set for June 12 to July 13, is showcasing the world’s best soccer players at 12 major venues around the country — including seven new and five renovated stadiums. Soundvision Engineering designed and installed the system at Estádio Mineirão Stadium in Belo Horizonte, capital of Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, and played a role at two other stadia as well — Arena de Sao Paulo (in Sao Paulo) and Arena Amazonia (in Manaus, capital of another Brazilian state, Amazonas).
