Yamaha Corporation Japan has announced today the upcoming release of the RPio222 I/O Rack, a compact variation of the current RPio622 I/O Rack for the RIVAGE PM10 Digital Mixing System. The availability of two I/O Rack types will allow easier, more flexible setup of distributed I/O systems and offers significantly enhanced flexibility when designing RIVAGE PM10 systems for live sound, live broadcast, hall, theater, and other applications.

Since the release in 2015 of the Yamaha TF Series Digital Mixing Console, the console has garnered a great reputation among users for their intuitive TouchFlow Operation interface and smart, compact design. The most recent update (V2.0) in January 2016 was developed in response to users seeking to expand their TF Series systems for larger spaces and a wider variety of applications using Yamaha TIO1608-D input/output racks.

At this year’s Prolight + Sound Show Martin Audio unveiled its much anticipated CDD-LIVE! Series. Comprising three full-range models and two subwoofers, CDD-LIVE! covers practically all professional stand-alone and distributed applications: from sound reinforcement and monitoring for live bands, DJ’s and corporate events, to installations in dance clubs, ballrooms, theaters and performing arts centers.

This year British audio company, Audient celebrates the success of its flagship ASP8024 console with the launch of ASP8024: Heritage Edition, the definitive version of David Dearden’s classic design. Building on the existing features, which have seen the ASP8024 installed in thousands of studios worldwide, Heritage Edition comes with a brand new look as well as an array of added enhancements ‘under the hood’, giving the renowned console renewed vigour ahead of the company’s 20th anniversary.

Italian loudspeaker and electronics manufacturer Outline will be introducing a new loudspeaker series at the Frankfurt 2016 ProLight+Sound trade show. The VEGAS Series of loudspeakers are designed for contemporary installation and sound reinforcement vertical markets. VEGAS Series from Outline features an application specific, super-compact, wide dispersion under balcony loudspeaker and three compatible, custom coaxial loaded loudspeakers.

DiGiCo announces the last in its series of Stealth Core 2 upgrades, releasing additional processing for the DiGiCo SD5 and new SD5cs consoles, which will take them to a new level in terms of both processing channels and functionality.
