EAW's recent additions to their MicroWedge Series of stage monitors include the MicroWedge8 (MW8) and MicroWedge10 (MW10). The MW8 has an 8-inch woofer and the MW10 features a 10-inch woofer. Both units' coaxial designs pair the respective woofers with a 3-in (diaphragm) coaxially-mounted HF compression driver, and both are designed for impressive size-to-performance ratio, feedback stability, LF output, durability and out-of-the-box performance.

WorxAudio Technologies’ surface mount I/O-4 loudspeaker system is a small format sound reinforcement system designed for a wide range of settings, including restaurants / bars, retail environments, hotel lobbies, under balcony fill, and corporate industrial training / meeting spaces.

Powersoft's Ottocanali 1204 is designed to serve as a feature-rich, versatile multi-channel amplifier for installation applications. Occupying a single rack space and regular depth, the Ottocanali 1204 provides 8 channels with 160 watts each at 4 ohms, and 80 watts each at 8 ohms, respectively.

AKG's WMS 470 wireless system, which debuted at InfoComm 2011, has a new automatic frequency setup function that quickly finds and displays all available channels, making the system well-suited for users regardless of their experience level. Before opening a channel, the pilot tone function will prevent unwanted startup noise – the receiver will only open the audio if the pilot tone is detected.

Community Professional Loudspeakers' Forecaster HD Ceiling Distributed System Design Software, a graphical engineering tool for calculating loudspeaker layout and density in ceiling distributed systems, helps systems designers select the proper models and quantities of Community ceiling loudspeakers for a wide range of ceiling distributed applications based on user input of room dimensions and listening height.

Solid State Logic's new V2 Firmware for Delta-Link MADI HD provides support for Pro Tools native cards (requires PT V8.5 or higher). The new Firmware also introduces support for longer Dig.Link Cables (certified up to 12 feet) between Delta-Link and Pro-Tools native, Pro-Tools Core or Pro-Tools Accel Cards. Delta-Link MADI HD V2.0 Firmware is free and can be downloaded from the SSL website.

QSC Audio Products' new KLA Series Active Line Array System joins the company's K Series and KW Series with similar user interfaces and sonic performance characteristics, letting the K Family models be mixed and matched for installed sound, rental and portable PA. Available in black and white, the KLA Series includes the KLA12, a 12-inch, 2-way, line array element (pictured here) and the KLA181 an 18-inch direct radiating subwoofer.

QSC recently introduced two new products designed to enhance the capabilities of the company's Q-Sys integrated system platform. Both the new TSC-3 Controller, pictured here, and CCN32 CobraNet Audio I/O Card expand the offerings of the Q-Sys system, which is designed for audio system control of large-scale venues in hospitality, transportation, entertainment, worship and sports venue sectors.
