Audio-Technica's U855QL Cardioid Dynamic Gooseneck Microphone is designed for use as a talk-back, paging and dispatch microphone in commercial, industrial and entertainment applications. The U855QL's gooseneck design allows for flexible positioning, and its frequency response is designed for intelligibility in environments with ambient noise.

Audio-Technica's BP893cW MicroEarset Omnidirectional Condenser Headworn Microphone is now available packaged with Audio-Technica's 2000 and 3000 Series wireless systems. The new product bundles, otherwise known as ATW-2193a 2000 Series and ATW-3193b 3000 Series wireless systems (pictured here), come with BP893cW MicroEarset (choice of black or beige microphone), 2000 or 3000 Series receiver and UniPak body-pack transmitter.

Audio-Technica's SpectraPulse mtu301 Body-Pack Transmitter lets presenters transmit audio as they move throughout the entire SpectraPulse coverage area. By plugging in a lavalier or head-worn microphone to the mtu301, users can leave a podium or walk away from a conference table, expanding the performance for Audio-Technica's SpectraPulse Ultra Wideband (UWB) wireless microphone system. An application of UWB technology, SpectraPulse offers secure wireless operation for the installed sound market, free from RF competition, frequency coordination and "white space" issues.

The updated version of Alcorn McBride's audio playback unit now offers Ethernet control and remote update along with contact closure, voltage, RS-232 or MIDI control. With the 8TraXX, users can access eight independent stereo tracks from a single, economical rack-mount unit. Tracks are individually triggered for flexibility.

Peavey's NWare Mobile application, a customizable user interface for controlling MediaMatrix NION digital audio systems from an iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch device, lets designers and integrators construct, program and deploy wireless control interfaces within MediaMatrix without the expense of traditional third-party control systems.

Waves Audio is introducing two new specialized bundles from its Signature Series: the Waves Signature Series Vocal Collection and the Waves Signature Series Bass & Drums Collection. Each bundle features custom processing chains created in collaboration with producer/engineers Chris Lord-Alge, Eddie Kramer, Jack Joseph Puig and Tony Maserati.

Crest Audio's Pro-LITE 3.0 and Pro-LITE 3.0 DSP power amplifiers are designed to be efficient and light in weight with high power and stable performance into 2-ohm loads. Their advanced, high-speed class D design with a switch-mode power supply promises to increase reliability, thermal efficiency and output power while keeping weight to a minimum. They each offer 870W per channel at 4 ohms stereo (up to 3,150W bridged at 4 ohms), weigh 13.3 lbs., and run in parallel, stereo and bridged modes. The power supply also lets them deliver perform with low frequencies and at 2-ohm operation.

Movek's IEX16L-A 16-channel input expander offers two 8-channel digital inputs utilizing the common ADAT format, allowing 16 audio channels to be streamed in 24-bit, 48kHz into a myMix system. The IEX16L-A has an additional 16 analog line-level channel inputs which can be switched in blocks of eight, allowing the use of either 16 digital, 8 analog and 8 digital, or all 16 channels in analog. Since the number of myMix system devices is unlimited, one can set up 160 input signals using any combination of IEX16L-A or local myMix inputs.
