Camco's D-Power series of two-channel amplifiers expands with three models: the D-Power D7, D1 and D05. Now with six models in the line, the D-Power series covers a power output range from 250W per channel at 4 Ohm to 2300W per channel at 4 Ohm. All feature Camco SMPS technology, protective circuitry and limiters and a competitive price-to-watt ratio.

Countryman Associates' B2D Directional Lavalier Microphone, as small as the diameter of a No. 2 pencil lead, is well-suited for theatrical or musical sound reinforcement applications where a diminutive size is a big priority. It also offers a tight, hypercardioid polar pattern for secure isolation from ambient noise and feedback, a frequency response of 50 Hz to 18 kHz, with a 4 dB presence boost at 6 kHz for increased intelligibility without being harsh or brittle. It is available in three sensitivities / versions to accommodate a wide range of applications. The corresponding overload levels (at 1% THD) are: 120 dB SPL, 130 dB SPL and 140 dB SPL. The MSRP is $650.

Future Sonics' mg6pro 13mm Ear Monitors® custom fit professional earphones feature dynamic speakers that are multi-driver and crossover free to help performers to hear themselves with clarity. The earphones feature MG6Pro 13mm dynamic drivers; 18Hz – 20,000Hz TrueTimber response; 34ohm impedance; and sensitivity to 112dB with +/-20db ambient noise rejection.

Studio Six's Digital iAudioInterface2 is designed to work with all current Apple iOS products, compatible with iPhone 4, iPod touch 4, and iPad. It can serve as a companion to AudioTools, and it can also serve as a stereo audio interface for iOS apps.

Rational Acoustics' Smaart I-O 2×2 USB audio interface is designed for use with Smaart v7 Measurement Software. The I-O features two active balanced inputs with 50 dB of computer adjustable gain in 1 dB steps. These input gains are monitored directly by Smaart, letting users retain accurate SPL calibration while varying measurement signal input levels.

Community's VLF (Versatile Low Frequency) series expands with the dual 8-inch VLF208LV, the single 15-inch VLF115 and the single 18-inch VLF118.

Beyma's 12P80Fe, 15P80Fe and CD1014Fe all feature a new ferrite magnetic circuit design. The 12P80Fe and 15P80Fe low-frequency speakers are designed for efficiency with high linearity, low distortion and ample SPL output. These are models with sensitivities above 100 dB incorporating 4" (100mm) voice coils with a program power handling of 1400W and 1600W respectively. 

Renkus-Heinz's Iconyx IC8R-II promises significant performance improvement over its predecessor, the IC8R, combining a new Triple Tweeter High Frequency Array Coax with the new RHAON [Renkus-Heinz Audio Operations Network] v1.8 beam steering module.

Avid's Pro Tools|HDX digital audio workstation and Pro Tools 10 software promise improved performance, sound quality, faster workflows and easier collaboration. The company has set a Nov. 18, 2011 global release date for Pro Tools|HDX. Pro Tools 10 Software is available now.

HK Audio's SoundCaddy One system provides a line array/woofer combo in a compact and portable format. Inside the SoundCaddy One are three six-inch bass speakers, six three-and-a-half-inch mid/high drivers, a 600-Watt class D amplifier and a complete four-channel mixer. The PA system is completely self-contained, and can be used for both speech and music.

Symetrix's SymNet Solus 16 joins the company's Solus 4 and Solus 8, serving the needs of integrators requiring higher input counts without requiring a jump to networked DSP or separate expansion I/O devices. Like entire line of SymNet hardware, including Solus, Solus 16 is configured using open architecture SymNet Designer software. System designers have the option to use or modify Solus DSP design templates for basic projects, or to create unique designs from scratch.

PreSonus announced version 2 of Studio One, its DAW for Mac OS X (Snow Leopard and Lion) and Windows XP/Vista/7 (and soon, Windows 8). Version 2 offers more than 100 new features and enhancements, including updated multitrack comping, multitrack MIDI editing, transient detection and editing with groove extraction and Folder Tracks. Studio One 2 also offers Melodyne pitch correction. While offering new features, PreSonus asserts that the software has remained uncluttered and easy to use.
