Shure Inc. has expanded its Microflex line of microphones with the MX150 subminiature lavalier microphone (pictured here) and the MX153 subminiature earset microphone (detail pictured below).  Like other Microflex products, the new lavalier and earset offer a discreet, low profile design and CommShield technology to resist noise from smartphones and other wireless devices. As such, they are well-suited for use in meeting facilities, houses of worship and other sound reinforcement applications.

D.A.S. Audio’s  WR (Weather Resistant) series loudspeakers will be available in two outdoor exposure rating options —  IP55 and IP56. The “built to order” products, targeting the outdoor installation market, made their debut at InfoComm 2012.

SurgeX says Cervella, the “brain” of a new IP-addressable power management system, provides users with a centralized dashboard featuring secure management, monitoring and diagnostics of every connected product on a network.

Harman has added the AKG Perception Headphone series to its wide line of AKG Perception microphones. The three new headphone models — K44 Perception, K77 Perception and K99 Perception — promise AKG sound quality, a comfortable fit, and an equally comfortable price.

Shure Inc. is extending its ULX-D digital wireless microphone system with new multi-channel receivers, a High Density mode that enables 47 systems to operate in just six MHz of spectrum and integrated Dante digital audio networking. The new ULXD4D dual channel digital receiver, pictured here, and ULXD4Q quad channel digital receiver, pictured below, pack two or four channels of wireless into one rack space, with individual gain controls, LED meters, and XLR outputs for each channel.

At InfoComm 2012, Harman’s JBL Professional introduced the AWC Series of compact, all-weather loudspeaker systems. The AWC82 and AWC129 (pictured here) are designed to offer users smooth frequency response and high sensitivity for music reproduction and intelligible speech.

Grund Audio Design’s GT-LPB-24C subwoofer is the latest addition to the company’s GT Series product group, suited to fixed and portable sound reinforcement applications where light weight and compact size are key advantages.

Earthworks recently introduced two microphones within its new Installation Series, the IM3 and IM6, designed for permanent installation. The primary applications for the IM3 and IM6 include ceiling mounted teleconferencing, distance learning, surveillance, boardrooms, government facilities and ambient room miking.

D.A.S. Audio’s second-generation Artec series loudspeakers are available in both powered and passive configurations. The line includes 10 models designed for a wide range of sound reinforcement applications.

RCF’s C Series includes  a range of speaker systems plus processing and amplification technologies touted for their acoustic performance and control.

RFvenue, which launched its Diversity Fin last year, expands its range of antenna and wireless products with an EU version of the Diversity Fin, covering 470-790 MHz. Also at InfoComm 2012, the company offered matte white and matte black architectural versions of the Diversity Fin product.
