Allen & Heath’s GLD-112 Digital Mixer console, a larger version of the company’s GLD-80, is now shipping to dealers. GLD-112 retains the same analog-style channel processing control section complemented by a graphical 8.4 inch touch screen as the GLD-80.

BUENA PARK, CA — Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems, Inc. announces the availability of StageMix 4.0 for Yamaha CL, M7CL, and LS9 digital consoles. Updates available include new Dynamics Parameter Editing, Output Port Delay Editing, Output Port Levels (Gain/Attenuation), PEQ Copy and Paste, Phantom Power Switching, Mix Send Pre/Post Switching, HPF Slope Parameter (CL V1.5 only), Retina Display Support, and other enhancements.

Waves Audio calls its SoundGrid Extreme, the latest iteration of its SoundGrid protocol for live applications, the most powerful SoundGrid DSP Server yet. The company is touting SoundGrid Extreme’s ability to tackle a variety of heavy-duty processing challenges.

Astell&Kern AKR01 IEMs from iRiver were developed in partnership with Final Audio Design. The new IEMs are based on Final Audio Design’s Heaven IV Series of In Ear Monitors, and the AKR01 premium IEMs are designed with a balanced armature driver that promises a deep and rich sound.

Lab.gruppen’s compact range of LUCIA (Localized Utility Compact Intelligent Amplification) 2-channel amplifiers, designed for AV contractors, promise ease of installation and configuration along with low-impedance amplifier electronics and advanced DSP — all packed into the smallest-sized amplifier the company has ever produced.

Galaxy Audio is offering three new CORE speakers including CR12 and the CR15 two-way loudspeakers and the CR18 subwoofer. The CR12 and CR15 come in either black or white and feature a rotatable asymmetrical horn. The CR18 subwoofer has a black cabinet with a single 18” driver.

Gator Cases’ new GMIX-1921-8-TSA is designed to safely transport Allen & Heath’s Qu-16 console. The molded plastic case features a light and durable shell with a carpet lined, padded interior and adjustable foam blocks to keep the board secure during transport. TSA locking latches allow added security and are airline approved for checked travel.
