Allen & Heath has launched new Chrome Edition models of its GLD series mixers, with extensive new features and FX. GLD Chrome firmware adds Auto Mic Mixing capability and more to the comprehensive processing suite, including faithfully crafted new FX and channel-based compressor emulations.

FRANKFURT, Germany – At the recent Prolight + Sound 2015 exhibition in mid-April, Lawo demonstrated the mirroring of two mc²56 consoles. Especially useful in theater applications, it allows an mc² console to be located in the auditorium to prepare and fine-tune the mix during rehearsals.
