This year British audio company, Audient celebrates the success of its flagship ASP8024 console with the launch of ASP8024: Heritage Edition, the definitive version of David Dearden’s classic design. Building on the existing features, which have seen the ASP8024 installed in thousands of studios worldwide, Heritage Edition comes with a brand new look as well as an array of added enhancements ‘under the hood’, giving the renowned console renewed vigour ahead of the company’s 20th anniversary.

Italian loudspeaker and electronics manufacturer Outline will be introducing a new loudspeaker series at the Frankfurt 2016 ProLight+Sound trade show. The VEGAS Series of loudspeakers are designed for contemporary installation and sound reinforcement vertical markets. VEGAS Series from Outline features an application specific, super-compact, wide dispersion under balcony loudspeaker and three compatible, custom coaxial loaded loudspeakers.

DiGiCo announces the last in its series of Stealth Core 2 upgrades, releasing additional processing for the DiGiCo SD5 and new SD5cs consoles, which will take them to a new level in terms of both processing channels and functionality.

Alcons Audio will debut its LR18 pro-ribbon line-array at the Prolight+Sound show in Frankfurt. The 3-way “compact-mid-size” format line-source sound system promises to combine high quality sound with very high SPL capabilities and throw. Off-site demonstrations will take place during the Prolight+Sound show on Wednesday (April 6) and Thursday (April 7) of the show. The company’s booth is at Hall 3.1 stand B50.
