Eastern Acoustic Works announces its EAWmosaic iOS app for the iPad. The free app lets users predict, control and monitor an entire EAW Radius system from an iPad from anywhere in the venue. Further, a single cable can also provide multichannel audio from any Dante-enabled source (i.e., a FOH mixing console such as the Mackie DL32R). End users can create system design proposals, complete with acoustical predictions, in minutes while standing in the design space.

Blue Microphones’ enCORE 100 and enCORE 200 are now available in new all-black finishes and include additional mic grille styles to customize the look of the mics to your application.

DiGiCo expand its S Range of compact digital consoles with the S31, a larger version of DiGiCo’s popular S21 console, sporting an expanded work surface with 10 additional faders for more control and a third 10-inch multi-touch screen for faster access and more visual feedback. The S31 still offers the same flexibility as the S21, with 24 mic inputs and 12 line outputs on the rear of the console for straightforward audio connection. There are also two DMI ports as standard, as well as a UB MADI interface for DAW recording. Final production begins in late September.

Martin Audio has announced BlacklineX, a modern reinvention of its classic Blackline series of loudspeakers for the portable and installation markets. BlacklineX will be on show Sept. 21-22  at WFX in Louisville, KY and will start to ship in late October 2016.

DirectOut has updated its EXBOX.BLDS MADI redundancy switch so that the EXBOX matches the company’s new portfolio. The unit offers silent, sample-accurate MADI switching of any number of MADI channels for an extra layer of redundancy. Three can fit within a 1U space. EXBOX.BLDS detects MADI streams from both playback systems (the one in use and the redundant system) and switches seamlessly from one to the other in case of failure.

Shure’s new SE215m+ Special Edition (SE215m+SPE) Sound Isolating Earphones, designed for Apple iOS devices, feature Sound Isolating sleeves that block up to 37 dB of outside noise. It also includes a microphone for phone calls.

Martin Audio has started to ship the CDD-LIVE! Series from its British factory. The series is targeted for both live and permanent install applications.

RØDE Microphones’ new HS2 microphone is designed for applications where the mic needs to be close to the presenter’s mouth. The mic features some upgrades from the HS1, including a new strain relief system for comfort.
