Polaris Scala is an outboard DSP node that expands the capabilities of the scalable, network-controlled Polaris Evolution mixing console. Each 3-rackspace Polaris Scala handles up to 256 inputs, 128 matrix channels and 256 output buses that connect via MADI and several units can cascade to control thousands of channels from Polaris Evolution’s compact footprint, Polaris View multi-touch screens, computers, tablets and smartphones. More or fewer mix controllers can be selected based on project needs.
