Thanks to the powerful 18” woofer, with 3.0” voice coil, and the 1400-Watt amplifier, the SUB 708-AS is the perfect tool to increase the low-end performance of a portable PA system, both in terms of output and frequency extension.
Thanks to the built-in digital stereo crossover (DSP) with adjustable crossover frequency, it can be easily and quickly set up as a sub-satellite speaker system.
The new high power 18” inch woofer is the result of the latest refinement in years of RCF experience in compact active subwoofer design and manufacture, providing a fast and controlled reproduction of the bass frequency range
The birch plywood enclosure is coated with black, heavy duty, textured epoxy. The front is protected from a strong, powder coated, metal grille. The cabinet features threaded points for optional speaker wheels, a 35 mm pole mount socket, two comfortable recessed side handles
SUB 708-AS II perfectly match 12” or 15” satellite speakers. The SUB 708-AS II is the ideal companion subwoofer the RCF ART 3, ART 7 or D-Line Series.
These attributes make it the perfect tool to increase the low-end performance in a raft of situations, including portable and installed audio-visual systems, live sound, small theatres and houses of worship and surround sound presentations.
