Fantek featured its new T200PA and T600PA lifting towers at Prolight+Sound 2016. The T200PA is a compact front load towerlift designed to be easily transported vertically in most vans. The T600PA is designed to lift heavier loads higher.

More details from Fantek (www.fantek.es) and Equipson (www.equipson.es):

The T200PA tower is emerging as a great solution for lifting equipment “line array” medium with a maximum load of 250 kg and up to 6 meters high. Diagonal reinforcing bars, reinforced cables, oversized pulleys and enlarged legs give this unit the strength and stability required for lifting a stereo with optimum guarantees of success.

All components are manufactured under compliance with the highest standards and equipped with most reliable winches. There are four transport wheels at the base, two folding wheels for horizontal transport in combination with two side wheels at its base that allow the perfect support and maneuverability of the unit in this position. The T200PA features a dual braking load system.

It’s actually the unique towerlift in the market capable of raising up to 600 Kg at its full extended height. Diagonal reinforcing bars, reinforced cables, oversized pulleys and enlarged legs give this unit the needed strength and stability for a secure line array lifting procedure.

Probably one of the most important novelties was the incorporation of Dyneema on a tower. Dyneema is a new material, a synthetic fiber with the same resistance that the regular Steel wires commonly used. Recall that steel is the material used in all towers to date. Another great advantage of Dyneema against steel is its long service life, which is up to 10 times higher, being more long-lived, that means less periodic reviews and maximizing its use.

Is important to remember that lifting towers steel wires must be regularly reviewed. It’s known that the wire must be rolled properly at the which drum without jumps between grooves, because if not, it can be considerably damaged and shorten s its lifetime. That problem is avoid with Dyneema as it’s much more flexible and adaptable. At Prolight + Sound the Dyneema was draw the attention of most of FANTEK visitors.

An agreement which the Valencian company will be responsible for the manufacture and distribution of four models designed by Lifters Systems, thus lowering its cost and magnifying distribution. The products are hydraulic lifts to abate large towers quickly and very safe, significantly reducing the number of workers in the assembly of the structure and ease as to the assembly. Thus wide FANTEK and its new catalogue, which is available in www.fantek.net and offers a wide range of products to professional, these four elevators being an exclusive brand product.
