David Clark Pro Audio has expanded its production headset line with a new single-ear DC-Series model, which offers a comfortable rest-on-ear design. The new unit has a leatherette headpad, temple pad and ear seal with slow-recovery “memory” foam, coupled with an extremely lightweight rest-on-ear headset design for extended hours of comfort.
All headsets feature a tough, road-worthy magnesium alloy headband/suspension system and swivel hinge stirrups; lightweight, low-tension hardware; undercut, comfort-gel earseals; flex boom assembly for easy microphone placement; rotatable mic boom for right/left side use; and a high-output noise-cancelling mic for clear communications.
The new version is compatible with pro-audio intercom systems such as ASL, McCurdy, Telex, RTS, Porta Phone, Eartec, Production Intercom, HME, and ClearCom.
