AVANTE Audio is now shipping the new Imperio SUB210 compact, 700W RMS dual-10” sub bass enclosure. It expands the existing Imperio “mini array” system, which offers a powerful, flexible and scalable active audio system for installs in mid-size venues and portable P.A. in one-off or touring events.

The Imperio SUB210 has a 6th order bandpass design and combines two 10” woofers, in a robust, compact plywood enclosure with two handles for easy lifting and carrying, along with M20 screw pole mounts four upright or side use.

Specs include a max SPL of 124 dB and a frequency response of 60 Hz to 150 Hz. Specifically designed for use with the Imperio array module, an internal crossover can be switched to 90 Hz or 120 Hz (with polarity reverse switching). XLR and powerCON inputs/thru connections are mounted on a recessed rear panel on the back of the unit to avoid accidental catching and resultant damage during transit. Multiple units can be stacked and connected to array modules using the dedicated Imperio Pole. Dimensions are 14.25” x 26.4” x 22.6” (L x D x H) and weight is a manageable 76 pounds.

“At AVANTE Audio we’re always talking to our customers and developing our product range to meet their wants and needs,” explains Chuck Green, Director of Sales for AVANTE Audio. The Imperio Series has been incredibly well-received, with audio professionals loving its detailed audio clarity as well as its flexible and compact design. But some customers who have been deploying Imperio systems in larger venues told us that they wanted more low end than our existing single 10” Imperio SUB model could provide. The answer to these needs is the new SUB210.”

Other models in the Imperio Series include: the Imperio, a versatile array module loaded with a pair of small woofers alongside six HF drivers, and the Imperio SUB single-10” sub bass enclosure. The array module can be paired with either sub model in a wide variety of configurations, including pole-mounted, ground-stacked or flown. Optional flying hardware allows either a whole system including the subs to be flown or just the array modules allowing the subs to be separately ground-stacked.

The Imperio, Imperio SUB and new Imperio SUB210 are all available from AVANTE Audio distributors and dealers worldwide.
