PUTNAM, CT — Rational Acoustics LLC has been approved by InfoComm International as a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) Program Provider. The company’s 2-day training class “Smaart Fundamentals and Applications” is now CTS accredited, earning attendees 6.5 renewal units (RUs) in either the CTS general or CTS-I (installation) programs upon completion of the class.

SCANDICCI, Italy — Powersoft has patented a new technology that incorporates solar power with bi-directional wireless A/V communications. The first product with the concept, the DEVA 1S, consists of a power/control module and an interface module.
