In Memoriam: Edwin Shirley, 64

LONDON — Edwin Shirley, a co-founder of Edwin Shirley Trucking (EST Trucking) and the driving force for a variety of other businesses supporting stage and screen performers with staging, trucking, crew buses, freight forwarding, rehearsal space and film production — died April 16 after a battle with cancer. He was 64.

In Memoriam: Michele Hessman-Ross, 48

LOS ANGELES — Michele Hessman-Ross, wife of Stuart Ross, died April 17 after a long battle with cancer. Stuart Ross, with Red Light Management, is a founding member of the Event Safety Alliance (ESA). He noted that Michele and he were at Michele’s sister’s house in Stow, OH when she died. Michele and Stuart are pictured here at their wedding, on March 29.
