Parkway Electric Installs L-Acoustics System at Radiant Church

RICHLAND, MI – Parkway Electric & Communications installed L-Acoustics’ ARCS WiFo arrays as part of a retrofit for the 1,050-seat sanctuary at Radiant Church. The new system includes L-R arrays, each with four ARCS Focus enclosures flown in front of two SB18 subs. A single ARCS Wide system is vertically hung on the outside of each array for side fill, and two centrally-flown SB28 augment the low end reinforcement. Four LA4 amplified controllers drive the entire system.

PALM BEACH, FL — Palm Beach Dramaworks, which relocated to a 218-seat venue in 2011, refurbished the space and upgraded the audio system. The new setup includes K-array KR402 and KAN200 components.

PRESCOTT, AZ – CSD Group, Inc. upgraded the audio system at Prescott United Methodist Church with a WorxAudio TrueLine system.

NEW YORK – FOH engineer Jose Rivera used Meyer Sound LEO and LYON components to support the sound for Marc Anthony’s recent performances in New York and New Jersey. VER provided the gear.

SAN FRANCISCO – Audio engineer Paul Hatt used a Harman’s Soundcraft Vi4 console to mix monitors for Massive Attack’s recent tour, which included performances in Istanbul, Barcelona, Iceland, Berlin, Mexico City and San Francisco, CA.

LOS ANGELES – Sergio Mendes and will.i.am were among the artists performing at the Governors Ball Oscars after-party who relied upon DPA Microphones’ d:facto Vocal Microphones. Along with wired and wireless versions of the d:factos for vocals by Mendes, will.i.am and the three female singers who also performed, Mendes’ production manager John Baker also selected DPA’s d:vote 4099 instrument mics for a variety of the band’s instruments.

DENVER, CO – Void Acoustics’ US distributor, Audio Integration Services, recently completed a substantial overhaul of the sound system at The Church, a Denver nightclub that, as its name indicates, previously served as a house of worship.
