BATH, U.K. — Middlesex Sound & Light (MSL) provided Martin Audio’s new CDD range for the expanding Burger & Lobster bar/restaurant concept. For the sixth venue opening in Bath, Burger & Lobster’s operators took over the Octagon Chapel—originally built in 1767 but recently restored within the courtyards of the city’s new Milsom Place retail and restaurant development. This was MSL’s first installation within a Burger & Lobster location.

Rat Sound Supplies L-Acoustics K2 System for alt-J Tour

LOS ANGELES — For alt-J’s recent tour of North American venues, Rat Sound Systems of Camarillo, CA provided an L-Acoustics K2 rig. Lance Reynolds, the band’s FOH engineer, worked with Rat Sound systems engineer Tom Worley (KSE). The main rig included 44 L-Acoustics K2 modules and 22 SB28 subs, plus eight K1-SB enclosures in larger venues.
