Boston House of Blues Rocks with New JBL, Crown, dbx and Soundcraft Gear

BOSTON, MA – Sound Image provided a new sound system for the 2,000-plus-capacity House of Blues. It included a 20-box JBL VerTec VT4888DP powered line array, six ASB6128 subwoofers and JBL AC26 loudspeakers for under-balcony fill. The system also includes two Soundcraft Vi6 digital mixing consoles, Crown IT4000 amplification and a dbx DriveRack 4800 loudspeaker management system.

Danish Castle Concert Gets Assist from L-Acoustics KARA

LEJRE, Denmark – Moto Rental has provided sound reinforcement equipment for the annual Ledreborg Castle Concert for nearly 20 years, and has used L-Acoustics systems for the event since 1999. FOH engineer Henrik Bonne selected Moto's new KARA WST line source system with SB18 subwoofers. The Danish National Chamber Orchestra hosts the event with various guest performers.

Massachusetts General Hospital Marks 200 Years with JBL-supported Ceremony

BOSTON – For the 200th anniversary celebration of Massachusetts General Hospital, held at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, Northeast Media Services provided JBL VerTec line arrays. The speaker setup included L-R hangs of six VT4888 mid-size line array elements, with seven sets of four VRX932LA Constant Curvature loudspeakers used for center-fill, outfill and delays.
