DEFIANCE, OH — Starin Marketing and CIM Technology Solutions, which serve as, respectively, distributors and dealers of Behringer products, steered St. Paul Evangelical Church, based here, toward a new system centering on a cluster of Eurocom CL Series 3-way loudspeakers that covers most of the sanctuary. Starin and CIM also specified and installed CL106T to supplement the CL3264 and CL3296 elements in the central cluster.

Enter The Haggis Using Telefunken M80s for Live Shows

TORONTO — Enter the Haggis, a band based here, has been performing since 1996. Won over by Telefunken mics for their recording sessions — including their latest album, The Modest Revolution, with songs inspired by stories printed in a single day’s edition (March 30, 2012) of the Toronto Globe and Mail — the band is also using Telefunken’s M80 vocal mics for their live performances. (The album is set for a March 30, 2013 release.)

Morris Light & Sound Takes Delivery of First NEXO STM System in North America

NASHVILLE — Morris Light & Sound, based here, became the first sound company in North America to take delivery of the new NEXO STM loudspeaker system launched by Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems, Inc. (YCAS). The 200-plus-box STM system includes 68 STM M46, 80 STM B112 bass, 48 STM S118 subs, 22 NUAR Racks, 12 PS10R2 speakers, 18 RS18 Ray Subs and 16 GEO S12 loudspeakers. MSI Installs Outline Butterfly System at Warner Theater

WASHINGTON DC — The venerable Warner Theater here has taken a step forward with the recent installation of an Outline Butterfly PA system. Installed by Maryland Sound International (MSI), the system includes L-R arrays of 14 Butterfly speakers with two CDL1815 subwoofers. MSI also installed eight LAB15SP subwoofers beneath the stage and six MiniCOMP.A.S.S. units for frontfill.
