Adlib Supplies Turnkey Audio Solution to R&B Group

LIVERPOOL, U.K. – Adlib supplied an L-Acoustics KIVA system for Newcastle, U.K.-based R&B Group. The gear package includes 18 L-Acoustics KIVA WST enclosures, six L-Acoustics 8XT speakers, four L-Acoustics SB15m subs, eight SB18 subs, flying frames and a stacking system, along with six L-Acoustics LA8 amplifiers and a Soundcraft Vi1 console for control.

Delicate Productions Provides MLA, Other Martin Audio Gear for BottleRock Festival

NAPA, CA – For the BottleRock Napa Valley festival, held here May 8–12, 2013, Delicate Productions provided their Martin Audio MLA system. The main stage setup included a  L/R hang of 16 MLA and 4 MLD downfill cabinents, 12 W8LM front fill, 24 ground-stacked MLX subs and 16 MLA Compact enclosures. Delicate also provided an MLA Compact system with DSX subs for the second stage, Martin Audio W8LC for the third and comedy stages and a smaller trapezoid WT3 system for the local stage.

In Memoriam: Ian Woodhouse

BANGOR, Australia — Ian “Woody” Woodhouse, a veteran of Australia’s pro audio industry who had spent the last seven years with Technical Audio Group (TAG), died July 12 after a long battle with cancer. Funeral services are to take place July 17 at 10 a.m., Salvation Army, 11 Pilliga Place, Bangor, New South Wales.
