In Memoriam: Martin Kling, 54
HANNOVER, Germany — Martin Kling, co-founder of Kling & Freitag, died over the first weekend in July, according to the company. He was 54. Before departing from the company in 2008, Kling had served as founding partner with Jürgen Freitag and chief developer for the company. He and Freitag developed widely adopted components including the CA 106 compact speaker along with the company’s ACCESS, CA and Line 212 Series and its SEQUENZA 10 line array system, among others.
