Meyer Sound Transforms NYC Tunnel into Underwater Sound Installation
NEW YORK — This summer, undersea sounds captured by artist Jana Winderen temporarily transformed New York City’s seven-block-long Park Avenue Tunnel in the immersive sound installation DIVE. The soundscape was heard through more than 60 Meyer Sound self-powered loudspeakers configured by Tony Myatt, a professor at the University of Surrey.

Taiwan University Auditorium Equipped with Allen & Heath GLD-80 Digital Mixer
TAIPEI, Taiwan — An Allen & Heath GLD-80 digital mixer has been installed in the main auditorium of the National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU). The venue mainly functions as a performance site for NTNU’s department of music, and other speech or music performance courses. A GLD system is the main FOH mixing system, fitted with a Dante card for use with playback and recording software, and to provide multi-track live recording facilities if required.
