Historic Fox Theatre Undergoes Audio Makeover with VENUE

DALY CITY, CA — Since opening in 1929, the Fox Theatre in Redwood City, Calif., has enjoyed a long and storied history as a vaudeville stage and movie theater. These days, the landmark 1,400-seat venue and smaller Little Fox nightclub next door play host to a busy schedule of national and regional acts. For years, both venues relied primarily on rental gear or the theater’s aging analog console to handle live shows. Recently, the Fox Theatre underwent an audio makeover to keep pace with a growing demand of artists and events throughout the season, and installed DigidesignVENUE live sound systems into both venues.

Westminster Presbyterian Church Renovates Sanctuary with Worx Audio

Greensboro, NC – To coincide with a significant renovation of their main sanctuary, Westminster Presbyterian Church decided to upgrade their sound reinforcement system. UC Davis Mondavi Center Sings with Meyer Sound

DAVIS, CA – Robert and Margrit Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts at the University of California Davis campus is the premiere performance venue in Northern California. Named after the family that founded the famous Robert Mondavi Winery in the Napa Valley, the Center hosts more than 100 performances annually, including world-renowned philharmonic orchestras, rock concerts, lectures and dance performances, as well as various programs presented by UC Davis. Jackson Hall, Mondavi’s 1,801-seat venue designed with natural acoustics mimicking the world’s best classical concert halls in Vienna and Amsterdam, is now equipped with a sound system comprising Meyer Sound M’elodie line array loudspeakers and 600-HP subwoofers.

Transatlantic Award Winner Mark Ronson Tours UK with NEXO

Australia Day Celebrates with Meyer Sound

QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA – Australia Day, the country’s official national day, is a celebration of the first European settlement on the continent. This year’s Australia Day weekend concluded with the popular Sydney Ports Jazz on the Water concerts and a spectacular fireworks display. An audience of over 150,000 packed the Cockle Bay in Darling Harbour for the concerts and fireworks, powered by a Meyer Sound system. Provided by Sydney-based Coda Audio, the sound system was staged on an 80-foot high floating platform.
