In Memoriam: Barbara Bodenheimer, 64

PHILADELPHIA – Barbara Solit Bodenheimer, 64, who, with her husband, James, founded Egotrips, a leading trucking and transportation services provider for the touring industry, died after a battle with cancer at her home on Aug. 10. The Bodenheimers founded Egotrips in the early 1970s. Their longtime music artist client list includes, among many others, Elton John and Neil Diamond. Until 2010, Barbara Bodenheimer served as chief financial officer.
