CHICAGO — Shortly after DJ Datsik took the stage at Concord Music Hall here at about 2 a.m. on Feb. 8, small amounts of ceiling debris appeared to shake loose. Moments later, large chunks of debris fell, hitting at least four in the audience. One of the injured declined medical treatment. Three others were transported to nearby hospitals — two with minor injuries and one whose injuries appeared to be more serious, according to local reports.

LONDON – Britain’s 19th National TV Awards were held recently at London’s O2. Stewart Chaney’s London-based Plus 4 Audio handled the audio in the venue, specifying a Martin Audio MLA (Multi-cellular Loudspeaker Array) system.
