Read More »NEW YORK — Sound designer Peter Hylenski specified Meyer Sound gear for 54 Below, a cabaret and restaurant that operates in the basement space below the original Studio 54 nightclub (currently a venue for the Roundabout Theatre Company). Since it opened, the venue has featured performances by Patti LuPone, Leslie Uggams, Ben Vereen, Bebe Neuwirth, Doc Severinsen and Rebecca Luker, among others.

Like Gator’s G-Tour cases designed for Behringer X32 and Presonus Studiolive consoles, these cases are made with heavy-duty plywood construction, a tough laminated PVC exterior and EVA foam padding along with a “doghouse” design to secure the mixer while also allowing for easy cable routing and full rear access while in the case.
