CHICAGO, IL – Symphony Center is home to the Grammy Award-winning Chicago Symphony Orchestra (CSO) and Orchestra Hall. Although the CSO traditionally performs acoustically, when visiting jazz and pop artists stop by for shows using amplified music, the venue now has a new  mixing tool at its disposal – DiGiCo’s SD9. Canadian Museum for Human Rights in Winnipeg Installs Community Gear

WINNIPEG, Manitoba, Canada – The Canadian Museum for Human Rights (CMHR) is the first museum solely dedicated to the evolution, celebration and future of human rights. The museum’s Stuart Clark Garden of Contemplation, pictured here, was equipped with Community D6 Loudspeakers. The building’s sound system was designed by Toronto-based Mulvey and Banani. The principle designer was Greg Rushton. Installation was handled by audio visual specialists, Inland Audio Visual Limited, and the project manager was Inland AV’s Barry Carr.

NFL Teams, and Outline Loudspeakers, Return to Wembley Stadium

LONDON — NFL teams returned to Wembley Stadium for the league’s International Series this past fall. Robert Lawrence Event Production Resource installed an extensive range of Outline loudspeaker systems, including Butterfly, Mantas, DVS 118 SW subs, Doppia, DVS 12 and DVS 10, to distribute sound over large areas outside the stadium. The Miami Dolphins beat the Oakland Raiders on Sept. 28 (38-14); the Detroit Lions edged the Atlanta Falcons Oct. 26 (22-21) and the Dallas Cowboys bested the Jacksonville Jaguars Nov. 9. (30-17).
