CAMARILLO, CA – When the second edition of RH Consulting’s Guide to Voice Alarm Systems was published recently (joint authored by pro audio consultants Roland Hemming and Richard Northwood, in e-book format), Powersoft was quick to respond. The Italian amplifier authority saw that this could be adapted to provide its own customers with a custom version as an educational tool, offering specific information about deploying Powersoft products for emergency applications. They were soon in contact with RH Consulting with the result that the Powersoft release has now been made public.

Outcry Contemporary Christian Artist Tour Finds Clarity with L-Acoustics

KNOXVILLE, TN – Audio presented a challenge on the Outcry Tour. The varied roster of top contemporary Christian artists, which included Hillsong Worship, Kari Jobe, Jesus Culture with Martin Smith, Passion, Elevation Worship, Brian Houston and others, ranged from folky singer-songwriters to full-out screaming rock. But the clarity of the spoken word was another consideration in the arena to stadium venues. NEW YORK — Saturday Night Live: The Exhibition recently finished a successful run at the Premier on 5th exhibition center on NYC’s Fifth Ave., just a few blocks from where SNL gets staged every week. In addition to the comedy skits and the behind the scenes focus of the exhibition, the 12,500-square-foot exhibition also paid homage to the musical guests, with extensive use of loudspeakers, amplifiers, digital signal processing and acoustical modeling from Bose Professional. AV systems integrator Design Electronics was chosen by museum-experience creator Premier Exhibitions of Atlanta for the project.

This stereo headphone driver is designed to provide hardwired onstage in-ear monitoring to earbuds and headphones from 16 to 600 ohms. The rugged beltpack unit features left/right line-level XLR inputs; a protective brickwall peak limiter with adjustable threshold; a stereo/mono switch that can sum the left/right XLR inputs and an additional 3.5mm stereo input.
