NEW YORK  – The hit musical Hamilton prepares to celebrate its one-year anniversary on Broadway. Sound designer Nevin Steinberg, a longtime user of DPA Microphones, continues to rely on the company’s products to bring audiences to their feet each night for the cast and orchestra’s performances. Along with d:screet 4061 Omnidirectinal Miniature Microphones for the cast, the orchestra makes use of eight d:dicate 4011 Cardioid Microphones and five d:vote 4099 Instrument Microphones on the string instruments (bass, violins and violas).
