QSC CMX Series Amplifiers

LONDON – Ellie Goulding is touring the European festival circuit with an iDR-48 MixRack and iLive-R72 compact Control Surface managing monitors. Monitor engineer Steve Pattison uses a mixture of the R72 surface and a Touchscreen laptop, giving him the flexibility to talk to the artists during sound check and move around the venue during the show.

The tour provided Blake, who had completed the training with Midas' brand development manager Richard Ferriday some eight months earlier, with an opportunity to use the XL8 on the road for the first time.

Tent Collapse Injures Six; Frampton/Yes Shows Rescheduled

CONCHO, OK – High winds are being blamed for ripping down a tent, injuring six crew members and causing extensive damage to gear on the afternoon prior to a July 6 show featuring Peter Frampton and Yes. None of the injuries were life-threatening, but two crew members were hospitalized, one with a broken leg.
